We started with a handful of products we liked and couldn't find anywhere else. The range has grown since then, but we still choose each item ourselves and pack every order by hand.

We work with a small group of makers and suppliers, most of whom we've known for years. Before we stock a product, we ask how it's made and what it's made from.

We use each product for a few weeks before it goes on sale. If it doesn't hold up to everyday use, we don't sell it.

We answer emails within one business day and ship most orders within 2 business days. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you.

We'd rather sell fewer things and stand behind all of them.
